Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tdsmobiledetailing.com and your engagement of services from TD'S Mobile Detailing Services ("TD'S," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't book services through this Site.
About this business
TD'S Mobile Detailing Services is a mobile vehicle detailing business operated out of Wentzville, Missouri, serving Wentzville and the greater St. Charles County area. Services are performed at the customer's location by appointment.
Booking and estimates
Prices listed on this Site are starting prices and estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after we see the vehicle in person, since actual condition varies job to job. Severe stains, odors, pet hair, or heavy truck bed buildup may require added time or a price adjustment. Any price adjustment will be communicated and agreed to before extra work begins.
Scheduling
Appointments are booked for a specific day and estimated time window. We'll text or call to confirm before arrival. Timing can shift due to weather, prior job length, or circumstances outside our control, and we'll communicate any changes as early as possible.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no shows
We understand plans change. Here's how we handle it:
- Cancellations or rescheduling. Please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. Late cancellations may affect availability for future bookings.
- No shows. If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to access the vehicle or reach the customer, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable trip or no-show fee to cover time and travel.
- Weather and circumstances beyond our control. If severe weather or another circumstance outside our control prevents service, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
Refunds
Because detailing is a service performed at your location and completed at the time of the appointment, we generally do not offer refunds once service has been completed. If you're not satisfied with the work performed, contact us before we leave the job site, or as soon as possible afterward, so we can address the issue directly, which may include redoing specific areas at no additional charge. Refunds, if any, are considered on a case by case basis at our discretion.
Access to your vehicle
You're responsible for making sure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location, and that you have the authority to permit us to work on it. Reasonable access to a water source and parking at your property helps us provide the best possible service.
Personal belongings
Please remove valuables, personal items, and anything you don't want handled from the vehicle before your appointment. TD'S Mobile Detailing Services is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing personal items left in the vehicle during service.
Vehicle condition
We use professional judgment and industry-appropriate products for your vehicle's surfaces. Pre-existing damage or wear, including but not limited to worn upholstery, cracked plastic or trim, prior paint damage, or previously applied aftermarket treatments, cannot always be fully corrected through detailing and is not caused by our service. We're happy to point out anything we notice before beginning work.
Payment
Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We currently accept payment in person by the methods communicated at booking. If online payment, deposits, or invoicing become available through this Site in the future, those transactions will be processed through a secure third party payment provider, and any deposit or prepayment terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Text communication
By providing your phone number or contacting us by text, you consent to receive text messages from TD'S Mobile Detailing Services related to your inquiry, quote, scheduling, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, indirect or consequential damages, or damage unrelated to the detailing service actually performed.
Independent business
TD'S Mobile Detailing Services is an independently owned and operated business. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between TD'S and any customer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
